We retained SK+I Architecture to help create the first of the four multifamily sites now known as Avalon Mosaic. Sami and his team not only worked with us to create a product that delivered our desired program, but collaborated closely with the retail master developer to deliver a significant addition to the retail streetscape that the master developer retained. The end result speaks for itself. The retail environment is dynamic while the residential is easily discernible as a destination for existing and future residents. SK+I continued this collaboration with another developer to finish the remaining 3 phases of mixed-use buildings with the results continuing to make the Mosaic District one of the best examples of ground-up mixed-use development in the country.
