Patrick believes strongly that architecture and design is not about being ‘modern’ or ‘traditional’ – those are simply labels. He finds meaning in the words one of his first mentors: that “architecture is about the things you see and how you see them: first you must see the beauty, then you may use it.”  Patrick approaches all of his projects with this design philosophy in mind. During his initial meetings with clients, he makes it a priority to truly understand their needs and budget, and then works with them to translate those needs into new or redesigned spaces.
