MTFA Design + Preservation is a women-owned, small business located a few blocks from the Capitol Building in Washington, DC. We are a full service architecture and historic preservation firm dedicated to transforming visions, enhancing potential, and exceeding expectations in the built environment. MTFA Design + Preservation’s in-house staff includes architects, historic preservation architects, architectural conservators, and preservation specialists.
In 2014, MTFA acquired John Milner Associates Preservation, to form the nucleus of our growing historic preservation firm. We are dedicated to preserving and adapting historic buildings and sites nationwide. Preservation is what we do and what we have been doing for over 25 years.
