Founded in 2007, Maurice Walters I Architect is a Washington, DC-based architecture firm specializing in urban design and the design of residential and mixed-use projects. Our expertise is in design and entitlement of larger scale urban mixed-use projects in and around Washington, DC.

Our focus is the redevelopment of existing urban environments in a thoughtful, efficient and sustainable manner. We believe high quality design should be accessible and available to all segments of society.
