Chris Landis is an architect licensed in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland, and New York, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). After graduating with an MA in architecture from Columbia University, he worked with Fortune 500 companies. He has served on D.C.’s Historic Preservation Review Board and is a past president of the DC chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.

Ethan Landis earned a BA. in Political Science from Swarthmore College and an MBA from George Washington University. He serves on the DC Mayor’s Green Building Advisory Council and is a member of DC’s Construction Codes Coordinating Board, an agency charged with updating building codes to meet present-day demands for more sustainable and safe construction.
